    That is not a Buff Orpington. That's a red sexlink. And it's a pullet.

    Red sex link, and pullet.

    The whole point of sex links is the sex is linked to the color of the bird. Red sex links mean the females are red/gold in the base color. They have white accents, like your girl, but basically they're a red bird. A red sex link male is basically a white/silver bird. He'll get red accents mostly on the wings, but he's a silver bird.
