    How old are they? Individual photos of each bird would be helpful; all I can really tell from this photo is that the bird in the lower right is a pullet. I'm not sure on the others.

    We need closer photos to tell for sure. However, I think that I'm seeing saddle feathers on the lower right bird and the two top birds look similar, so they may be cockerels. The lower right bird is a pullet.

    The last one is definitely a cockerel, and I'm leaning towards the other two being cockerels, too.
