Buff Orpington Sexing question

    Recently hatched 10 buff orpington chicks. I'm posting 2 pictures. 9 of my chicks look exactly the same and one looks different. Please give me your opinions on the sex of them. Thank you!!
    [​IMG](This is the one and only one that has short tail feathers. The wing is also straight and then has a longer portion.

    Nope, those are not reliable ways to sex your adorable little chickies. With Orps, the first thing to give them away will likely be comb and wattle size and color. Then you'll probably start noticing some redder patches in the cockerels wings. They're super cute, but look to small to tell gender just yet (for me, anyway). Maybe someone with a keener eye will pop in and see something I don't since this response will bump you to the top again :)
