Buff silkie chicks hatched Pics heavy

    I am very excited that I seem to finally be getting somewhere with my buff silkies. They are not for the faint of heart with getting your breeding pens up to your expectations. It takes time. I think by next year I will be very happy. Finally I am getting some chicks that suit the type I like and color. Here are a few that hatched from eggs from my birds and a few that have feathered in good. This is fun.
    Look at the foot feathering on these chicks.

    My first silkies are pipping as we speak!!!!! Could hardly sleep!!!! Was hoping to wake up to a chick, but none yet [​IMG] .
