These are some chicks hatched from my silkies several months ago. They are turning out really nice. Also a picture of my neighbors silkies that she hatched from eggs from my flock. She may show along side of me. She has some awesome silkies that hatched. Take a look.

Those are beautiful. I have some buff silkie eggs due to hatch in about 2 weeks now. I can't wait! I hope I get at least two. [IMG]

A beautiful buff silkie is worth whatever it takes to get one. I love watching them freerange on green grass. Hope you get a good hatch.

Here are a couple of more pictures. These are the ones my neighbor hatched. We are going to work on some projects together

Take a look at this splash. She is just an awesome specimen. I think they may show her.

Just curious - are they on wire so that they stay cleaner? I'm starting to get a few silkies (OK, OK... quite a few!) and wondering if I should put them on wire or not.
    Thanks! [IMG]

Oh, and in case no one told you, they're gorgeous!!! [IMG]

Beautiful! Julie, I love that Splash one in there in your neighbors group. Can't wait to see these in Clanton.

We have those on wire because the remenents of Hurricane Fay are going through the area right now and I wasn't sure if their pen would stay dry enough outside. So I moved them into pens in the barn. I am Julie's nieghbor.
