I hate buffalo gnats. They are kiling all my chicks [IMG]
Ive lost 3 chicks in a day.

Is there a way to kill them? or at least make them go away?

I'm sorry you lost your chicks. I have seen several posts on buffalo gnats the last couple of days. Some say a dab of pure vanilla extract on their heads will help repel them. Someone else said a fan will keep them from swarming. I'm so glad we don't do not have them here...they sound like nasty little things. [IMG] Good luck. [IMG]

Try Equisect fly repellant for horses, it's natural, smells good and you also spray their pen. I get mine at the feedstore and use it on myself too as there is no nerve agent in it. The only toxic warning is regarding fish --- good luck with the gnats

I'm so sorry about your chicks. What on earth are buffalo gnats? I've never heard of them?
