I am researching a project to build a feed storage box for a local chicken farm (http://firstfruitsfarm.org/about.html). And I'm OK with the dimensions / hinged top etc... but we were planning to line the box with tin to make it vermin proof - and I'm wondering how best to do this. I'm assuming I'd build it out of plywood and get a roll of tin from home depot or somewhere & maybe tack the tin onto the inside panels prior to assembling - does this make sense? Here's the site that has a general plan (that I would customize, based on the size needed) http://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/agriculture/livestock/horses/feeding/general/feed-bin#Materials Note - I don't work for first fruits farm, this is a project I'm working on for them as a volunteer, with my son - so we aren't looking to purchase a feed storage box - we need to build one. Thanks in advance for any advice.
