Bullied chick, comb pecked off and bleeding

I have a four day old chick currently separated from the rest because the other chicks were pecking at her head. It got bad and her comb is hanging off and bloody. Here’s some pics.

Also, we put blue Kote on her head to try and disguise it from the other chicks but it didn’t help, its not blood if that’s what it looks like.
Before using the blue Kote we put some A&D ointment on it. Do I need to be doing anything else? Would Vetericyn help?
She’s absolutely miserable being alone in her mini brooder, I just want her to heal quickly. Also, is there a way to stop the others from bullying her?

I’m no vet but the OR nurse in me wants to wash it well with sterile saline or antiseptic wash and put a gob of Neosporin on it until it heals over .

Maybe if it's just a couple of chicks
That are bullying you could separate them , if it's all of them I would keep
Doing what your doing
