Bullmastiff is Sw lower, MI

I need to find a new home for my 12 month old Rocky. He is crate trained, house trained (will ring a bell to go out), and very well socialized. He knows sit, down, off, rollover,shake, and other common commands. He is great with kids and has an overall pleasant disposition. He is also trained on an invisible fence system. He is up to date on all his vet appointments and shots. He is not fixed.

Here are some pics of him.

He is not full bullmastiff. Dad was mastiff, and moms lineage had been crossed with american bulldog at some point.

He has to go because I am working more and am not home enough to give him the attention he needs.

The neighbors on either side of us have dogs, and he plays well with them.

I am asking $300.
