Can anyone tell me what a bullseye is and what it has to do with a rooster's fertility?

A bullseye indicates the egg is fertile, and therefore, the rooster is doing his job and he is fertile.

Thank you, my internet was down or I would have responded sooner. The pictures that were sent really clarified it for me.
