Bully Bantam Rooster

I have six standard hens and four roosters, one of which is a bantam. I hatched him with the kids but he has recently become aggressive. Started with a little dance but is now beginning to peck And scare the kids. I know my rooster hen ratio is bad, would adding more hens help? Does he need bantam hens to satisfy his manhoodness?

You need to add more hens or rehome some roosters. We have two bantam roosters and standard hens. -no problems at all.
