I am a new duck owner. I have had my ducks for almost a year. I have a Cayuga that started limping and holding her flipper up last week. Her toe is swollen and on the underside there are 2 bumps. I have been soaking her foot in epsom salt, spraying the top and bottom of her flipper, and putting neosporin on the top and bottom. I have been doing this 2x a day. She does get brewers yeast in her feed as well as peas. She seems to be walking without limping as badly and hasn’t been holding it up as much. I’m just wondering if it’s bumble foot or just calluses. I will put pictures in the comments( the last picture you have to zoom in to see where it’s swollen). Thank you for any help or advice.

I saw your other thread. I hope she is better.
Im not sure if it is bumblefoot, I've had success using Prid drawing salve for bumblefoot with a chicken. Just soak, apply Prid, and then vet wrap. Good luck!
She’s about the same, thank you for asking. Swelling is a little worse( I think) than the pictures. I’m going to have my husband take another picture so I can compare.
I’m not sure it’s bumblefoot either. I’m treating it like it was- figured it can’t hurt anything and if it is bumble foot it should help.
I haven’t been wrapping her foot because my husband is at work when I do it in the morning and he has frost watch( we live on a cranberry marsh) at night. I’m going to try to use a baby sock to wrap it but won’t get to town until Friday.
Just worried she won’t recover.

I’ve become a new Cayuga Duck owner myself as of May. It was unexpected lol, but I’m just in Love with him.😍 @Potter65 Im wondering about the places on her feet, or if you know anything about them? How is your girl doing now? I sure hope she’s good! My lil guy has the same things on his, I just noticed them & doing an epsom soak. Anything at all that you or Anyone can tell me will be Greatly appreciated!,
