I just adopted 13 lovelies, my first chickens. I saved them from the soup pot on a farm. Almost all of them have what I'm guessing is bumblefoot. I've read all about how to treat it, but my questions are about what comes next. I cannot isolate each of them, so should I just remove the perches from the coop so they roost on the floor? Or are they better on the perch up off the litter for cleanliness? Is there anything else I should consider when treating so many hens at once?

The only thing I do different is bandage their feet to keep them clean. They don't have to be isolated.
