Bumblefoot, callus, or something else?

I’m still struggling with my ducks bumblefoot, at least that’s what i thought it was. i’m starting to think it’s not even that at all. people have been saying this doesn’t look like bumblefoot and that it’s something else entirely. what else could it be??? and how do i fix it? please help asap

How long has your duck been like this? Trouble walking? Have you worked on the foot at all? I did have a pekin who I worked on for a long time, eventually the infection was gone, but I was still dealing with scabbing, and a lot of scar tissue that enlarged the heel pad. It took 9 months for it to shrink back. This doesn't look terrible, unless she can't walk. It does look a little raw though - maybe you recently worked on the foot? I would just keep it bandaged until it's scabbed over completely if that's the case.
