Bumblefoot on my chicken? HELP!

Hi, tonight I noticed my Cream Legbar hen limped as I tried to catch her to lock her up for the night, and she hopped almost, and noticed on her foot there was a lump in between her toes, so I picked her up and it's quite hard. What should I do, thanks.
