Bumblefoot or Broken Toe??

I have 875mg tablet and she said to crush the pill with 1 tablespoon of water. Give her 1 cc orally every 12 hours.
I think 5-6lbs
If I did the math correctly, that's 875/15 = 58.2 mg in one ml.
According to my books, and my vets, the dose for poultry is 57 mg per pound, so I think that just one ml is way too little.

That does look to be right around the joint - can the toe be bent there at all, or does that cause considerable pain? Since she's had foot issues before, I would worry about a joint injury or sprain. It may take time for the extent of injury to fully show up.
It could go either way, but without a formal examination, it will be difficult to verify the cause and that is a lot of swelling and discoloration.
If the swelling and 'local fever' do not reduce on antibiotics over the coming days or gets worse, I'd suspect it's actually an injury. Either way, try to keep her off of it so she has a chance to heal up!
