bumblefoot question

Hello there! Looking for more info for treating bumble foot. Our girl is healing from a case that came on quickly, and while I was away. She has been treated with antibiotics to bring the heat in her foot down. I have been doing Epsom salt soaks twice daily with Iodine and ointment afterwards. My question, should I be soaking her foot in Tetramycin to get rid of an bacteria left in the wound?? Any and all suggestion welcomed please and thank you!!! Sincerely Angela Bee
