Bump/growth on my Roo’s head :(

My Roo has bump/ pimple looking growth on his head. We noticed this about 2 weeks ago. He is 8 weeks old. Any one know what this might be? Getting worried

It may just be a simple cyst, but an ingrown feather cyst or an infected peck wound may be possible. I had a rooster with one hard cyst ob his eyelid, and it did not grow larger. You could lance it with a sterile needle while someones holds the chicken wrapped in a towel, and see if there is a feather underneath it or pus can be squeezed out.

Hello! Did you figure out what it was? One of my chickens has the same thing under her eye and it's been there for a week and she's acting normal and has no respiratory symptoms.
