This is my first time raising chickens. They are almost 3 weeks old and one has developed a tumor like lesion on her neck. It is red, yellow and bumpy. Not oozing or bleeding. I have reduced the heat in the brooder. She is eating, pooping, and drinking. Have looked for bugs, but haven't seen anything. The other 2 chicks seem to be doing great. I put some neosporin on it and have isolated her, but she is very distressed being separated from her 2 other buddies. Any ideas on what it is or how to treat it?

She is kinda greasy from the neosporin...

    Hello!
Did you ever find out what this is?
I have a four day old chick with the exact same thing.
I have not treated it in any way, she is fine otherwise in every way.
Bump is sort of waxy and yellow and in the same spot.
    Thanks!

    Hi!
I think it is pecking from the 2 other chicks. It is still there, kinda waxy and yellow as well but feathers seem to be coming in. The only other thing I was thinking is that it was done sort of tumor. If you find out what it is, let me know!! I am new to raising chickens. Thanks!
