We butcherd about 15 chickens 2 weeks ago. I cleaned them did the whole process and wrapped them left them in fridge for 3 days and then froze them. I unwrapped one today to make Gumbo and it is yellow!!!! like jaundace yellow. I have never had this happen before if fresh chickens I bought or made. Any advise is it ok to eat????
