Butchered quail, but 6 days ago they ate a puppy pad. Is it safe to eat them?

I already ate one tonight and remembered how they feasted on a puppy pad when I had them in a travel carrier while cleaning their cage. It's been a FULL 6 days since then and have had full bellies every day with their normal quail feed. I have horrible anxiety and I'm up wondering if it's fine to eat the rest of the butchered quail or not. UGH! Any insight from people who have butchered before? Am I overthinking it?

I mean, I don't think it would be a huge issue. You're not eating the intestines or anything.

You're overthinking it, puppy pads aren't toxic and even then, it's been almost a week.
