My x-rocks are almost 5 weeks. They are big, some bigger than others. I weighed one of the biggest and he was 3.5 lbs.

I am curious if anyone butchers based on weight rather than age. If so, what weight?

the tenders in their breast turn green because they dont get enough circulation because the bird is too big. Its pretty much rotten meat. You can eat it, but i wont. Nothing like cooking a nice juicy chicken cutting it up to find green meat. [IMG]
