Button chick with eyes stuck shut? What do i do?

My silver buttons hatched out 2 chicks 2 days ago. Everything seemed fine, except one chick looked like it couldnt open its eyes all the way up.
And now today it has both eyes shut, as tho it cant open them at all. It still gets around by calling and heading towards the sound of the others.
What can i do to help it? Is there anything that couldve caused it? What do i do?

I wonder if it's a respiratory problem? It shouldn't need antibiotics if it's on the chick starter. Maybe someone else can answer?

It still has its eyes closed, and i dont know if its eating or drinking since it cant open its eyes.
Should i try to help it open its eyes? What if i used a damp cloth to sort of lubricate his eyes?
Can anyone give me any advice?
