Button quail emergency

When I went to feed my button quail a few minutes ago one of my young hens wasn't doing good.
She's puffed up and wobbling, can hardly stand. I got her to drink some water. She has never laid an egg, so I don't know if she would be egg bound? I'll try to get pictures as soon as I can. Please help.

She's flat on her side now and barely breathing. I brought her inside to see if the warm helps, but I don't know how much longer she has

Like what? I think we have the electrolites we put in newly hatched chick waters
