Offering for your consideration this solid black Silkie cockerel. He is around 9 months old, has nice type and very good balance. He is missing feathers in a lot of places from being in a pen with other cockerels, but they will grow back in short order. He has a medium sized dark mulberry comb, turquoise lobes, good wings, dark eyes and a nice disposition. NO leakage. I think he will be a nice addition or start to a black, paint or lavender breeding program. I was going to keep him for my own breeding program, but still have too many boys and have to make room. He does have some webbing between 1st and 2nd toes on one foot. Comes from my NPIP certified and AI tested clean show flock and was vaccinated for Marek's Disease at hatch.
