Buyer's remorse or no big deal?

Just picked up a Buff Orpington this morning, but I didnt notice this patch near her tail feathers...had she been pecked by her previous flock or is this something else?

Was she with a rooster in her previous flock? She could have been plucked if the spaces were to small or it could be mites, do you see any evidence of mites? You can feed her higher protein feed to help her grow back the feathers.
