Buying chicks from muddy conditions

I found a breeder on Facebook that's near me and has exactly what I want, but she sent me a pic of her baby chicks and they're standing in really wet mud

Would you buy from this person?

x2. I'd want to see more photos of their overall set up - if the entire set up is filthy or muddy, overcrowded, adult birds look to be in poor condition, etc. that would definitely give me pause about buying from them.
