I'm starting this thread in the hopes that we can make it a sticky thread containing links to coop plans and coop books. I think a sticky thread like this would be a good resource for new members to quickly find links to useful coop plans and books. Please reply with your own links. As people reply with their favorite links I'll add them to this original post so they're all here at the top of the thread.

I'm glad you posted this! I recently bought plans from The Garden Coop and will be building it over the next month or so. I was going to come on here and ask if anyone else had used those plans and whether they were any good. :)

Will be keeping a photo journal of the process and hope to share the result with you all when I'm done.

I first saw the Garden Coop on the Portland coop tour. The designer's home was part of the tour. I was very impressed with both the coop, the tractor, and the plans themselves. I recommended the plans to a buddy at work and his coop turned out great. He found the plans very easy to follow.

That's good to hear! :)

I have MS and also have a 1yr old and 2yr under foot 90% of the time so I really needed some easy to follow plans that fit with my concentration level and physical abilities.

Can't wait to get started! I found a recycled timber yard near my home where I can start shopping.
