The answer may come in a Pennsylvania courtroom. State police this week cited an owner of pet chickens for disorderly conduct after a neighbor [Justin Gruber, Junior Pentacostal Pastor] reported seeing some of her fowl acting out the age-old riddle. Troopers say the chickens went AWOL Tuesday and wound up in the 26-year-old Millerburg man’s yard. Anneliese Dorson faces up to 90 days in jail and up to a $300 fine if convicted of the summary offense. She did not immediately respond to a Facebook message. Her profile lists one of her occupations as “the chicken farm” and features dozens of pictures of chickens. It’s unclear if her feathered friends will also face charges. Millersburg is about 25 miles north of Harrisburg.
