California Wheaten Marans - am I all alone?

Hi everyone. I am in love with my Wheaten Marans and plan on ordering more chicks this year, but would really like to find a source closer to my home in Northern California.

Or at least find someone to maybe go in halves with me

Is there anyone out there??

I've got them, but I'm not very close to you. Member Nivtup has them. She's in Washington. SHe's got an auction going now for some eggs.

She's in Southern Cal, but she ships eggs. I am in Nor Cal as well and I have driven down to pick up chicks from her twice now and they made it back to my house just fine. It's a really long round trip drive though

It's about 600 miles down and 600 back so you have to be up to the drive. But it's worth it-she's got really nice birds.
