I got a surprise this morning, a baby call in the 'bator, but I placed my butterscotch booted in the hatching tray, they are to hatch tomorrow. Do I leave him in there or fish him out, he's in the very back behind the tray, so I will have to move the tray to get him. he's a big surprise one of the kids put the egg in and didn't let me know. this is the first call from my eggs to hatch out of quit a few, even mama duck has problems with these. so I really don't want to loose him but I don't want to disturb the BBB's ether. What would you do?

I think he hatched last night, because I use a bright light and check each tray and the egg he can from was toward the front, I think 12 to 18 hrs old tops.
