Call Ducklings with Congestion

My week old pastel call pullet and my four day old blue fawn call drakelet have clogged nostrils and are breathing only through their bills. The four day old black east indies pullet that is being raised with them has shown no signs of these symptoms. They have access 24/7 to clean water in which they can dunk their heads. Is this just a cold or something more serious and what should I do to help clear their congestion? Any advice would be great since I have never had this problem before with raising ducklings.

Hello...Raising them together?
I'm guessing a Chicken and a Duck. ?
Hmm?. I never advise to raise the two species together. Ducklings require water deep enough to Dunk heads and Chicks require dry conditions so I'm thinking both developed a sinus issue or infection..
