I tried to make a cover for the new ones wound area since it is not actively bleeding and so she can get out with the others, but I didn't make the straps big enough. I'm getting down in the dumps by all of these set backs. And dull wintery days are not helping. :(

I know how you are feeling. I was so distraught when I found out my flock had ILT. I felt like I had failed as a chicken owner :( But then I took a moment to realize all the good times I’ve had since getting chickens and the good outweighed the bad. It’s a labor of love.
And besides you’ll soon have some blue and green eggs in your egg basket! :p
