Call me silly but, what is this on my egg?

I have never come across this before.
It is like crusty bits made up of tiny balls the same colour as the egg.
Is it because it is only her second egg ever and she needs to adjust her settings or is it some kind of dietary deficiency?

I dont know what they are but i get them quite alot. The eggs are still fine to eat and the hens a perfectley healthy
