Hello! I have a yearling filly who is supposed to be a buckskin according to her genetics, but I’m starting to suspect she’s a dunskin. Her dam (mom) is a cremello with possible roaning, and sire (dad) is a bay (I’ll put pictures of them below). I know buckskins can occasionally have a thin back stripe that goes away with age, but her’s is thick and goes all the way to the start of her tail. We’re already color testing almost all of our horses/ponies, so this is just a “what do you guys think?” Kind of question. Take your guess!

From what I know, there is no dun coloring in the family for at least one generation, but I unfortunately cannot find any information of any further back gens.
