    Based on the advanced wattle development on the white bird, and the lack thereof on the dark one, I'm inclined to agree with your assessment.

    Agreed.

    You've got some good odds there to have a small crested bird still pass on her crest in only two chicks. AND you got boy and girl. . . That's what I call 50/50 [​IMG]
