Howdy all, I just wanted to share my love of pellet smoking as one off my main ways to cook. We have a Treager smoker and from the first day I ate food at my brother-in-laws house, I knew I was forever changed. I thought this might be a fun way to swap smoking meat methods and recipes. Post pictures, tells us a story and make us hungry with those delishes pictures. Can't wait, oh and of course I have smoked a chicken on it. I will kick it off with something BYC related in good fun, classic bacon and eggs on a cat iron griddle aka Treager Style.
