We had a new small chain grocery store open here. It's one of those stores that has a lot of off brands and that type of thing. I was checking out the turkeys when I saw they had Capons! We've been trying to find one forever. So that's what we'll have for Thanksgiving this year. It weighed in a 8 lbs - it's frozen. From a farm in MN. Wonder what breed it is? How should I cook it? I can't wait to try it!
