Campines, Deathlayers, Frisian Gulls, Queen Silvias, and Hamburgs, Oh My!

Hello,
I love the penciled look that can be found in all these breeds, but I'm curious to hear from those who keep these breeds on any major differences between them (besides the obvious, like comb type)... Are they pretty comparable to each other in egg laying? Specifically, I'm curious about temperament. I like friendly chickens. Are any of these calmer and friendlier than the others? I think most are known for being flighty, which I can deal with if they are also friendly and personable, but I prefer calm and friendly.

I am looking @ Campines & Wyandottes to expand my flock but my established flock is bigger calmer hens that I am hoping will calm down the flightier breeds.
