    ...Lay an egg? [IMG]

I have 5 RIRs in with some of my mutt hens. The mutt hens all lay a good egg. Today I went out to gather the eggs and found this tiny little penny sized egg....

My best guess on the age of my RIR's is arounf 12 weeks...14 at the oldest.

Anyway...just wondering who it might have come from.

    Thanks in advance [IMG]

there's several posts about them, there's several names for them.

fairy egg, fart egg, wind egg...

here's a post, there's several others though too.

That sounds way too early for your youn-uns to be laying, but the older ones will lay a tiny one like that now and then too.
