I found his foot like this when I was catching him to weigh him. There seems to be nothing stuck in it and he can walk good on it but he has a slight limp. Can anyone tell me what I should do.

Looks like he has a bad case of bumble foot! I'd treat it asap! Here's a link.

I am going to try the surgery today. Can u tell me where would be the best place to cut since he doesn't have a sore r anything. Thanks

Did you look at that link? It explains that the spot on the bottom of the foot is where the bumble is located. You core that area out and pull any congealed puss out. It is one of the best bumble foot surgery ones I've seen.

Yes I have but I know what the scar is on the bottom foot but the top foot by his spur its swollen I wanted to know what that was

It's where the infection has spread. Sometimes you have to lance it and get any pus out of it in addition to the bottom. I've got one today that the vet worked on and I am going to have to lance the top. She must have missed some. Good luck! It gets easier each time....if that helps any.

Most likely the swelling is from the infection just spreading.

It can spread to the other foot ?

Not from that foot. Just within the same foot. Eventually it can spread to the leg bone and kill the chicken.
