i live in maine and the bird is in newhampshire. what do i do at post office anybody help me thanks.
Buy a Horizon shipping box and sent it to the cockeral's owner and the post office can ship the bird to you. You should not have any problems.
Be sure to add more grapes and apples in the box with him. Its better more than enough in case soemthing happens like airport delays or any stops for some reason.
Quote:will it come to my house or my local post office and where can i get a horizon box.
I had no idea you could ship them past the day-old phase! How awesome!
Yep you can get them at any age, chicks, adults and started chicks and juvies.
You can buy Horizon boxes from Melonsandmore on Eggbid http://eggbid.com/listings/details/index.cfm?itemnum=1234038871
I have dealt with him and he's great to work with! I love those boxes and they stand up well to the wet weather.
You will have to pay for express shipping and the post office will call you when the bird arrives. You must go pick it up and sign for it.
Quote:thanks i will have to look up the cost thrue the post office on express mail wouldnt think it would be too bad considering its the next state over they go by weight thanks.
