she has a double crown and lays about every day he is a little mean but they were both given to me so not complaining

I would say mixed as well, I really like her unique look she is just beautiful! The rooster is a handsome man too, hey mean is mean he's gotta do his job. That's cool you were given them, have these two in particular seem to have paired off? My breeder who has a ton of birds and two of his silkies paired off.

yeah mixed breeds. kind of looks like game chicken mixed with domestic breeds. the roo looks easter egger mixed with game. hen probably game mixed with polish.
