Well even though I already own birds I would like to know the laws for Manor Township, Pennsylvania. I looked but I couldnt find anything

Call your township office. They should be able to tell you what's legal and what's not on the spot, they can look it up for you. Also, they might even have a book on zoning laws/ordinances available for the residents.....you might have to pay a small fee.
