I have 5 easter eggers. I think maybe 2 are hens and 3 are roosters. they are maybe a month old. how can you tell? 3 of them have pretty long tails. 1 looks like it has no tail at all and one has a short tail. any comments please. thanks

I need photos to make a guess. Tail length at this age, though, is not a major factor in determining the sex of a bird. However, chicks who feather slower than others (unless that is just what their breed is like), often turn out to be males.I have 5 easter eggers.
