    Hey there,
This is Rico, my first turkey. I am wondering if anyone is able to guess at the age, sex and breed? Thank you so much!

Thank you! I never knew a young male turkey was called a Jake. Jeesh, they grow fast though!

Broad Breasted Bronze are the turkey equivalent of the Cornish X in terms of fast grow!! S(he) should be ready by Thanksgiving. I can't tell if it's a Jenny or a Jake (it kinda looks like my hen). I couldn't tell on my Standard Bronze until their snoods starting growing and they started gobbling at 12 weeks.

Ok, I'm curious. How can you tell it's a 'broad-breasted' from those pictures?

I would say Tom and either bronze or a bourbon red cross. I hatched some bourbon midget white cross poults that have the same coloring

Looks like a bronze hen about 3-4 months.
