THAT IS IT! THAT IS THE EGG I AM GETTING!
To answer another question-no sex links, comets, etc. I have EE's (not them), Australorp, BO, maran, partridge rocks, white giants, dark and light brahmas,New Hampshire.
My thought is that it has to be either the wyandottes or the light brahmas since I got that all at the same time as adult birds. Now the brahmas were suspect since they pretty much have been moulting since they arrived and just got fully feathered again.
Mine seem more likely to lay the humongous double yolkers when they start laying again after winter and some of my younger girls do it early on when they start to lay. It's less likely a breed thing and more likely an individual bird thing.

Chris09 - It was a double yolker- I thought for sure by the size it would be a triple yolker- but the size of the yolks were humongous too! by the way... It was delicious!
