Can anyone tell if these silkies are roosters?

We think we have 3 possibly 4 silkie roosters. All of our silkie hens ended up with nice rounded poofs of hair on top and all the roosters seemed to have had spiky hair like these guys. We live in San Diego so we can not have roosters. One of them is crowing and we can not tell who. So now we are thinking we may have to just find homes for all left that look like roos. Any thoughts on rooster or hen would be appreciated. The partridge to me looks like a hen but can not decide on that one for sure.

I can't tell which is a Roo but they ALL are sure pretty! Wish I lived close, I would gladly take any you wanted to part with. I LOVE Silkies.

the first, second, and last one look like roos to me just by the way they stand and the redding of there face. very pretty colors though!
