While single combs occasionally pop up in hatchery quality Wyandottes, they are a serious flaw and an automatic disqualification in a poultry show.While it *could* be a wyandotte or wyandotte crose, that would mean it was bred from stock that was not the best choice as it has a single comb vs. the breed standard rose comb of a wyandotte. Seeing the leg color will be a key factor in which breeds should be considered, can you get a shot of the bird standing?
It's a very pretty mixed breed.
