    I'd say a Cochin cross, possibly Cochin X Light Brahma.

    There are no feather legged varieties of Sussex. Nothing with feathers on the legs can be a pure Sussex; by definition they are clean legged.

    Except brahmas have pea combs that are dominant. Could be a Cochin mix, but it would have a pea comb if it was mixed with Brahama....could be just a Cochin.

    I'm not sure I understand. Were you saying it jokingly? If so I apologize, I took it as you seriously telling OP they had some feather legged variety of Sussex. I hope I did not come off as rude, rereading my own post I did speak a bit bluntly.

    Why not a Colombian Cochin? I don't think they're especially common, but it a recognized variety I think.
